Compliance with Documentation

We will discuss Baseline CCP and the responsibility for all disciplines to be involved in the documentation. In addition, we will discuss and cover the areas of frequent deficiencies and how appropriate and compliant documentation will help you. These areas include Accidents, Infection Control, Behavior Management, and Physician Compliance.
