We will discuss Baseline CCP and the responsibility for all disciplines to be involved in the documentation. In addition, we will discuss and cover the areas of frequent deficiencies and how appropriate and compliant documentation will help you. These areas include Accidents, Infection Control, Behavior Management, and Physician Compliance.

- To implement realistic CCP interventions for residents with risk behaviors
- To prevent avoidable deficiencies in accidents and other clinical areas
- Understanding the team must work together, not just nursing
- Overview of Infection Control issues and frequent citations
