Labinot Avdiu was recognized by Pharmacy Times as a finalist for “Next Generation Long-Term Care Pharmacist” annual award. His extensive pharmacy management background includes successfully implementing ongoing quality improvement programs, leveraging technology to improve outcomes, and serving the medication needs of the older adult population. Labinot earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Oklahoma and served the medication needs of the older adult population.
Focus: Clinical strategy, quality improvement, and technology-enabled medication safety for senior living partners.

Prior to joining MMP as President, Dave served as President of Doubek Medical Supply and Pharmacy, a third-generation owned and operated pharmacy and medical supply company that has served the Chicago area for over 60 years. A successful healthcare entrepreneur, a passionate advocate for customer service, and an industry innovator, he brings a wealth of relevant experience to MMP. Dave earned his degree in Finance from Creighton University.
