MMP CORE VALUES AND HIRING PROCESS
At MMP, we take the hiring process very seriously, thus there are a few steps to our process. We believe it’s important to take the time upfront to assess mutual fit between the candidate and MMP. Below is an outline of what to expect when you apply for a job.
Our Human Resources team will review your information. If we’d like to speak with you about the position, we will contact you for an initial interview.
If applicable, a phone interview is conducted by our Human Resources team. This allows us to get more information from you to determine if will move forward in the process. Depending on the role, a second phone or virtual call may be necessary. Phone interviews typically last between 30 minutes.
MMP uses two assessments as part of our recruiting process, Wonderlic (12 minutes) and Predictive Index (5-10 minutes) as part of our recruiting process.
If you are a viable candidate for the job, we will schedule an in-person interview. You will meet with the hiring manager and other members of the MMP team. All final candidates will speak with MMP’s CEO, Labinot Avdiu (this may occur in person or via phone). The in-person interview process typically lasts between 1-3 hours.
We make our selection decisions shortly after the in-person interview and after reference checks are completed. We will contact you in writing with our decision. If you are offered a position, employment is contingent on the successful result of a criminal background check.
- Technician positions: 1-2 weeks
- Pharmacist positions: 2-3 weeks
- Supervisor / Manager positions: 2-4 weeks
