Hiring Process

At MMP, we have a thorough hiring process that aims to evaluate the compatibility between the candidate and the company before making any decisions. To give you an idea of what to expect when you apply for a job, we have outlined the steps below.

Our HR team will carefully evaluate the information you have provided. If we find your profile suitable for the position, we will reach out to you for an initial phone interview.

Phone interviews are conducted to gather more details about your profile and decide if we should proceed further with your application. In certain cases, a second call may be required. The usual duration of a phone interview is 30 minutes.

As part of our recruitment process, candidates are asked to complete an assessment.  MMP uses Wonderlic Select which assesses 3 areas: Cognitive Ability, Personality and Motivators (takes ~30 minutes to complete).  The assessment is only one of many parts to the MMP recruiting process and provides general insight into potential job fit.

If an initial position fit is determined, we’ll arrange an on-site meeting. During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to speak with the hiring manager, other members of the MMP team, and potentially job shadow. Typically, the in-person interview takes between 1 to 3 hours.

We finalize our hiring decisions soon after conducting face-to-face interviews and verifying references. You will receive a written communication from us conveying our decision. Please note that your employment offer will be subject to a satisfactory outcome of a criminal background check.

  • Technician positions: 1-2 weeks
  • Pharmacist positions: 2-3 weeks
  • Supervisor / Manager position: 2-4 weeks
